I have purchased a BLAUPUNKT TV from flipkart online in March 2020, after that I came to know that there is one dot on the right top corner of TV, I contacted them mentioned issue and they said as the return period is over so can’t do anything, but you can email to thier customer care and gave one number, the email which is given bounces back all email send on that and the number only automatic audio is audible. My order id with flipkart is OD117994155915320000. Also recently I came to know that the manufacturing of this TV is closed from India and the company is no more functional. Flipkart has cheated me and to give up from me thye are saying to search Google for the service center. Why should I search when flipkart has tie-up with companies it thier duty to check weather the company is functioning or not and where are the service center located what are the contact number. From the sale of purchase I am following up with them without any resolution.
