I got a whatsapp message from Learn N earn app . They have registered me in their app for an online job opportunity. I told them I won’t pay anything before. They said it’s free. Then they send me demo video for working and 2 links. The video were in hindi. Though I’m from kerala, i couldn’t understand anything from the demo video, so i requested them to send me demo video in English or in my local languages. They informed me that they don’t have video in english. So i informed them that i couldn’t work due to lack of knowledge about the given work. They didn’t say anything at that time. In between i have signed a contract which is digital. After sometime today I have received a mail to pay dues around Rs.7000/- other wise they will charge a file. I have not taken any training or used any of their services. Now they are blackmailing me for paying the amount, or they will file a case against me because i signed their contract. Though i haven’t used any of their services i contacted kerala cyber crime department and they told me not to give any amount. I haven’t done any complaint yet.
