have received mail from online job work from home I said me about work form filling work without my signature or thumb impression there put an agreement my photo adhaar card attached to that agreement 18,000 salary registration fees 3,400 will be deducted from salary to start work finish 1000 form . I submited the work on time and reported that failed to maintain 90% accuracy then you have to pay charges and I got a mail of intimation of paying charges and legal case  like that they mentally harassing and there said u face penalty to cancel work also u r liable to ur company and they call me through calls and messages also mails sending me legal notice through advocate to make payment now to this (7218657603)number blackmail me to much with different message different emails.

I have paid total of 8400 rupees

I want to know that is this fraud or not

If it is fraud I want refund

Please help me in this process
