On 22nd July 2020 I got a call from Ketan Shah (7096200829) told me we (Cradle Soft Enterprises) are giving part time job opportunity. We are giving 670 files for data entry and you have to fill it up within 7 days and per file they will provide me INR 31/-, so in a month can earn INR 19730/- something and also they said you don’t have to pay registration fees. Registration fees will be deducted from my monthly salary. I decided to join the job, so after some time 1 person called me for verification, after the verification I don’t how to do this job, so again I called to Ketan Shah (Mail Id of Ketan Shah: ketanshah845@gmail.com, Phone no: 7096200829). He said “I will provide you a helpline number (Vipul Chaudhari Phone No: 7698154104), you just contact with him”. So as he said I did that, after some time I got one mail from them regarding my login Id and Pass word, then I’m login with their login Id and password. I have complete and submitted 60 no’s of files on same day (22/07/2020) and log out from the system. Next day morning when I was trying to login, it’s shows some error in their login page, then I’m contact their help ling number with Vipul Chaudhary and he said that my login I’d has been blocked because I didn’t do logout yesterday, and they said I have to pay INR 4850 for cancellation of Id. After sometime someone (Wasim Shaikh, phone No: 9825471837) called me and said I have to pay INR 7999 as penalty because they said I have damaged their software. If I deny to pay, they will send me legal notice and today (29/07/2020) I got a legal notice through mail (from this mail id: districtcourt201@yahoo.com) in which they claim I have to pay INR 37950/-.

This company is just a fraud and any particulars sent by them is just a trap. I am a tech freak who keeps checking all these fraud stuffs by letting them trap me to some extent. And then files complain against them in the governments cyber crime portal. Because people often dont complain with the fear of being mocked up and these fraud sites gets boosted.
I went through this also. In my case, this company named themself as ‘ Technowave analytics’. And this the same process and at last sent me that notice.
I called them back and gave them heart full of slangs.
Nothing will happen. Dont worry. Next time they call, vomit up all your frustrations. And be chilled
Dont go for anything. You even dont have to share your watsapp number to anyone. Nor you have to pay even a rupee to the company. Maintain your dignity. Be with pride. You have not done any crime. Because seeking for job is not a crime. The legal notice sent to you is also a scrap. You can clearly indicate it by looking at the filing number. In India, it is never more than 7 digits.
