Subject: Complaint Against Learn N Earn (https://learnnearn.info/) for Deceptive Practices and Harassment

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Learn N Earn for their deceitful practices and harassment towards me. On April 27, 2024, I received an unsolicited text message from Learn N Earn (https://learnnearn.info/), offering work-from-home job opportunities in various fields such as data entry, subtitles, and captcha.

Initially intrigued by the prospect of remote work, I engaged with their representative who informed me of a registration process. However, upon registering, I was presented with a demand for a payment of 5999 INR as registration fees. When I inquired about this charge, I was assured by their representative that my registration was eligible for a waiver of fees.

Proceeding with the registration, I provided personal details including a selfie, ID proof, and signature as requested. Despite the assurance of payment only upon earning, I grew suspicious of the legitimacy of the operation and decided against further engagement.

However, on May 15th, 2024, I received a threatening phone call from an individual claiming to represent the Consumer Section in Surat, demanding immediate payment of 5999 INR plus GST to Learn N Earn. This individual threatened legal action against me if I failed to comply, citing potential penalties and expenses of 40000 to 50000 INR for a court case in Surat.

Alarmed by these coercive tactics, I sought legal counsel, and upon thorough examination, it was advised that I refrain from making any payments. Subsequent research revealed that similar incidents had occurred to numerous individuals, suggesting a pattern of fraudulent behavior by Learn N Earn (https://learnnearn.info/).

Furthermore, the individual from Learn N Earn disclosed the authorization letter with my signature and the complaint filed against me, whereas the authorization letter was not disclosed at the end of registration, indicating a blatant misuse of my personal information and signature

In light of these circumstances, I refuse to be coerced into paying any amount to Learn N Earn (https://learnnearn.info/). I have taken precautionary measures, including placing their contact numbers on a scam list, and have opted not to engage further with their fraudulent activities.

I urge the Consumer Complaints Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Learn N Earn (https://learnnearn.info/) for their deceptive practices and harassment of individuals seeking legitimate employment opportunities.
