Hi, my name is Paisong Lekthe. I have installed Hugo loan app and was just checking my eligibility. They credited my account with ₹2900 for which I need to back pay ₹5000 and also made repayment of the same amount on 30/08/2022. Later without my knowledge the app had sanction me another ₹5000 which is not credited yet in my account. But the saddest part is that after successful repayment of ₹5000, the app is still showing me to repay ₹3000 which is injustice for any common citizen. The alarming part is that their customers care number’s starts harassing me after 6 days sending msgs in WhatsApp telling to repay the amount and sends us different UPI Id’s every time for repayment. And they are blackmailing me that they will send something dirty pictures / videos to my contact list and which against the terms & conditions.
