the msformfilling company gave me the work but i didn’t complete the work beacuse theit website is sooo slow

now they calls me and said DUE TO NOT CLEARING THE FEES OF 5900/-OF NCY SERVICES IN THE GIVEN TIME PERIOD, YOUR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS INITIATED UNDER SECTION 191,193,195 AND 199 OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE FOR THE BREACH OF CONTRACT. SO CLEAR THE DUES BEFORE 01:30PM. FOR MORE INFORMATION
