I used the app to avail a loa of 50k. The app made me pay 750 as membership and an additional 2500 as processing fee. Then the customer service agent said my account has been freezed and i need to pay 10k to unfreeze as the account number was wrong. When I refused, the executive threatened me that my photos will be leaked and I might get rapped.
