I registered myself on 25th July, 2020 and cancelled my registration that day itself. They asked me to send me my aadhar card and an alternate phone no. I submitted. For cancellation the agent asked me to send a screenshot of the mail of the user id and password they sent me. He told me that he’ll cancel it. I did not see any agreement and today an Advocate Mr. Rakesh Patil called me and said that I had signed an agreement and have broken some agreement which I personally never saw. The advocate told me that he’ll penalise me under section 73,74 and 76 for what I don’t know if I don’t pay the penalty amount which is 1,50,000. Kindly, look into this matter.
