This company was black mail for paying money legal action in sent legal department email already I am pay penalty with in 3hrs in rs 3500 and another time paying money for cancel fee nov fee 3000 please legal action for this people

I also faced similar issue. I completed the data entry entry work from ‘GIGATEK TECHONOLOGY SERVICE’ by filling 1200 forms by working day and night. When i submitted the work they are saying the filled data is incorrect and the accuracy of the work is less that 85%. But this is toltally wrong, i have full screen record video of the work and there is no mistakes and accurcy is more that 90%. They have not paid the money and now they are asking for penality and harrasing by calling from a fake legal adviser. Also harrassing though my Whatsapp number.
