Text of Complaint by Arpita Ghosh:

I requested broadband connection change from one place to another which is hardly 4-5 km far from old address. This request was made on 24th September 2021. Technician visited to new address and said we won’t be able to provide you with the broadband service bcoz box is full. I immediately followed technician direction and called 121 to discontinue my Black plan and keep DTH service ON. Since 24th September till date my Black plan is ON and you guys have billed me with Zero Service. Did I avail your service NO so why should I pay . Also I called 20 times but every time customer service fellow said “let me arrange call back from Supervisor ” not a single call was received yet . I wish to file a formal complaint so that I can take this matter to legal or court. I will just pay for DTH amount not WIFI amount.
WORST EXPERIENCE and HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am using Airtel for past 10 years but I will discontinue and port to some other operator who has better customer support den you. I have already saved all the recording for 20 calls and follow ups .
