It is to inform that Vodafone Sim bearing No. 7685829430 has been ported to Airtel with the expectation of hassle free and uninterrupted internet surfing. Recharge of Rs.598/- (1.5 GB Data per day for 84 days) has been done on the first instant.
The Airtel Sim is placed on the SIM1 SLOT so that my son can avail the online coaching classes during the Lockdown period very smoothly.
It is very painful to inform that experiencing very poor download quality of Airtel (voice call is OK) from the very beginning I have tried several times but failed to contact with the person to convey my problem by dialing 121.
It has also been noticed that though the SIM2 SLOT is kept vacant no internet of Airtel has been noticed except voice call.
On the other hand, Jio Sim is working smoothly by inserting the same in SIM2 SLOT in the same handset. With the Jio Sim, my son is continuing with the online coaching classes regularly.
If I cannot avail the internet facility in time, it seems that there is no reason for further recharge of Airtel Sim.
In view of the above premises, it is requested to refund me back the amount of unused data at an early date.
Please redress my grievance at the earliest.
