I have invested a total of ₹56,000 in two Accounts as they give 6% – 12% profit per day as in Crypto currencies. At first they are giving withdrawals but on 8th September they as ₹6,000 to do kyc then only i will be able to withdraw my money to the bank account or they will block/freeze my account. As i have invested ₹44,000 in one account and ₹6,000 in another one. Therefore i decided to pay the money for the kyc and withdraw my amount. On 11th September they opened the withdrawal portal as they told and i initiated the withdrawal process. They told that amount will be reflected in the bank account within 24 hours. At the afternoon of 11th September they asked ₹7,000 for speed withdrawal service which i haven’t payed. Then again at the night on the following day they are asking us to compensate the kyc of users which we have referred and they have not done the kyc. They have again stopped the withdrawal process on the next day saying that if we dont compensate of ₹3,000 before 13th September we will face issues. And if we do that we will be able to withdrawal normally from 13th September. As of today 12th September afternoon their App as well as website has stopped working and their customer service contact is not reply either. Please help me to get refund of my hard earned money.
