Bisleri water cans booked on 10-Feb-2025 and NOT until delivered on 21-Feb-2025 (Complaint registered as on this date).
Followed with multiple customer support representatives, they say reason, the issue is due to their recent system upgrade, some failure happened, that the booked orders are NOT reflecting to their distributors. Right since I am following on 14-Feb-2025, they say the same system issue and getting lame excuse each and every day passing even until today, tried and connected to Area sales manager, E commerce sales responsible and distributor, either they make false promise and eventually they are NOT even bothered to response and ensured to deliver the booked water cans.
Very big question why then they still NOT official communicated this system issue post upgrade upfront and delivery delays to the customers and when they can expect the realistic delivery date (not the automated delivery date displays in the mobile app that realizes only based on unsuccessful delivery of that day and changing it to next date), they still posing that they system is up and running and allowing the customers to make order online which deceives the customers.
Very much frustrated with their service and following multiple responsible under their line of distribution including customer support. We ran out of water to drink and rely on other sources on our own despite going through all these hassles and the amount paid with those water cans booking
