I have paid 10000 rs on binomo platform on 4th june 2022. It’s been debited from my bank account and successful. But not credited to binomo platform. When I enquired, customer service agent said it rejected by the processor it will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days and they failed to give a proof that it didn’t reach the platform. Rude and worst customer service. I need my money. They are making to wander around circlee
