I got a Call From Shine.com Job portal ,Gujarat based Company Named Bingelite Solutions .
Regarding Data Entry Job . Have to Fill 380 Forms and told that i will be Getting 48/- Rs Per form
They asked for ID proof Scanned Signature and Photo of mine.
Have to Complete the Work Within 4 days , Registration Fee was around 5240/- and they said that after Completion of Work after Quality check they Will Pay me the Salary around 16416-18240/- as per the Correct Data Submission and Registration Fee will be Deducted from the First Salary and rest will be Paid to me After Quality Check . I finished the Work Within 2 days and submitted the Forms in there Website:- https://user.bingelitesolutions.com/
I got a call that i successfully Completed the Task and asked for Payment method so that they can send me the Salary.I send them my UPI Id, after that they sent me the Quality Check Report where it was mentioned that i have not done the the task correctly and accuracy percentage is not enough and i am not supposed to get the Salary. They sent me a Fake Court Notary Agreement Letter, with my scanned signature and photo pasted on it, where it was mentioned that if i fail to complete the task and many more Clauses then i will have to Pay the Registration Charges and NOC charges to them.If i will not Pay the Money than a Legal Notice will Sent and will be Arrested for Breach of Contract.
I called and asked the Person is there any way i can resubmit the Work . He sent me a mail where it was mentioned that I have to Opt for Correction Module i am Pasting the Part of mail as it is below:
For Correction Process You Need To Pay The Correction Panel Charges Of 19950/- (Refundable With Salary Within 30 Min).
Employee Salary :- 18240/-
Correction Panel Charges:- 19950/-
Total Refundable Amount:- 38,190/-
If You Want To Quit This Work, You Need To Clear The Registration Amount(5240/-) Of The Company And You Need To Collect NOC From Dahod Gujarat District Court.
I Understood that this is totally Fake and i Denied to Pay any Short of Money. After that within 2- 3 minutes i got a Mail With Sender Name District Court and mail id- courtdistrict90@gmail.com. Which is again fake. Am Pasting the Mail Content Below:
Alert! Mr/Ms—–, A Case Has Been Registered Against You In Dahod Gujarat District Court. As Per The Agreement, It Was Clearly Mentioned That You Have To Clear The Registration Amount + Noc Fees And You Have Not Followed The Terms & Conditions Written In The Agreement. As Per The Indian Contract Act Under IPC Section 73, 74. A Breaching Of Agreement Case Has Been Registered Against You. Kindly Be Present At Dahod Court On 5th November 2022,
Note: In Case, You Are Unable To Be Present At Court First Trial Date, Court May Issue An Arrest Warrant Against You.
Also a attachment was with this mail, I have attached the Screenshot of Same. I have Removed my Name for privacy. The Advocate Name is Vishnu Kumar. Also its interesting to Notice that the Company Name is BINGELITE SOLUTIONS,but in this Legal Court Notice its Mentioned BINELITE SOLUTIONS, i have highlighted the Same.which is a fraud and if i wish i can Submit a FIR against this.
I was said to be present in Court on 05/11/2022. and today is 03/11/2022. If they in any manner mail me or Call me and Harass me in any manner . I will be Forced to File a FIR against this Fake Company with there all Contact Details and mail Ids.
Anyways I have just posted my Complaint regarding this bingelite solutions company and hope this matter be looked upon and any future Scams can be prevented. Thanks.
