Hi muje tata sky binge ke live tata sky se mere register number par call Aya 28th of octo. 2021 ko aur muje bataya Gaya ki binge one month ke live free hai aur device bhi free hai. Meine Bola Muje abhi binge nahi chahiye kyuki mein abhi 10/15 din ke liye Bahar ja raha hu bad me call karna but muje tata sky se jinhone call Kiya tha undone bataya ki aisa hai to ap abhi deliver karva lo aur active ap jab chaho tab karva Lena aur ap jis din active karenge us dis se apko one month free milega aur bad me agar ap chase to continue kare ya cancel karvaye apki marji. Meine Bola thi hai no problem ap deluver karva dijiye aur meine deliver karne jo banda Aya tha use bhi confirm Kiya ki abhi sirf deliver hi karna hai. Aj 29th of Nov. 2021 ko mere register number par message Aya ki ” Dear Subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 299 for your Tata Sky Binge Premium subscription. Enjoy watching latest movies, originals and trending international shows from Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, Voot Select, SonyLIV and 5 more apps on Tata Sky Binge.” Meine tatasky toll free number par call karke complaint ki to bataya ki apka subscription product deliver hote hi start ho chuka tha aur hum kuchh nahi Kar sakte. Fir meine tatasky complaint me bat ki to bataya ki hum apka binge bandh karne ka request lekar use bandh Kar sakte hai aur kuchh nahi meine Bola Mera jo 299 balance deduct hua uska kya ? To bataya ki sorry hum isme kuchh nahi Kar sakte. Tatasky product sell koi aur bande se karvate hai complaint koi aur bande se karni hai aur hota kuchh nahi. Customers ko bevkuf banate hai ye log. Product sell karne ke liye zuth bolte hai. Inko koi sabak sikhao. Tata Sky product kou aur bechta hai complaint koi aur sunta hai, balance koi aur deduct karta hai aur finally costumer ka loss hota hai aur kuchh nahi.

This is recurring fraud from Tatasky. Even I have been charged for Tatasky Binge regularly whereas I am not even availing service. Customer Care employees are very rude and not even taking down my complain.
