Text of Complaint by Gurbux Singh:

We took subscription of Broadband and Binge OTT (150 Mbps plan) for 6 + 1 month by paying Rs. 7434. Subscription ID no. 1379164013, Box ID – 1158.
After a month OTT stopped working and asking for subscription inspite of full payment being done in advance. From last more than 15 days I m being harassed by Tata Play customer service agents asking me to contact various customer services agents of Tata Play, Tataplay Fibre, Tataplay binge, Tataplay Broadband but no one till date has been able to resolve the same. My money is stuck, neither getting services nor refund.
