It’s been just a day since I have switched to Vi and I recharged my number with 1197 rs plan and it’s an eligible plan for a customer to get benefits like binge all night and weekend data rollover but Vi customer care do not address my questions in a proper way, they make false commitments and hang the call.
weekend data rollover is also not working on my Vi number

My bing all night is not working i was running internet at 2 o’clock in the night but i saw that my data is exhausted and bill of 0Mb came i thought i have done some wrong recharge but i checked i 299 ₹ So why is my bring all night is not working and it has been 3 days today.
