Hi,
I made a investment of Rs 2 lacs in the month of Aug’20 and after a long struggle of 4 months it got creditted into my account. initially they gave one ICICI account no for investment from calcutta in the month of Aug’20 for investment and after a month it changed. due to this change my payment got stuck and gave them all the proofs and got my creditted into my account in the month of Dec’20.
Later I made some transaction and didn’t got confidence and lost money also where my investment reduced to Rs 1.5 lacs. then I realised that i am not fit for this trading and I decided to withdraw all the money on 6th Dec. but only if i request Rs 1000 the payment is getting succeeded and if i want a big amount like Rs 10,000 the withdrawal is getting rejected stating “DUE TO TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE YOUR WITHDRAWL REQUEST IS REJECTED” till then only one bigger amount of withdrawal is succeeded and balance all the bigger amount with drawl is rejected.
i cannot withdraw my balance Rs 1.5 lacs 150 time. also they have withdrawal option only through PAYTm only, I dont understand, if they have option to get the amount deposited through multiple option, why they don’t have withdrawal option in other ways.
one more surprising fact is, all the withdrawal amounts are not coming from one single company account, the payments are coming from multiple individual personal account. this was weird to me.
