I am been made wait by Airtel every six month saying some lies, especially regarding my monthly rental discount. Every time they keep fooling and provide false promises, they just buy the time at the time when we raise an issue or concern. Later they don’t even bother customer. I am been with Airtel for 11 years, they do not have Courtesy. I have emails to prove they are wrong. They are so incomplete to customer to provide information which are benificial to customers. they hide those information and share only which is beneficial to them.
