Text of Complaint by Shikhar agarwal:

I have my PAY AS PER USE service deactivated as per my VI app

This means if my 20gb internet plan expires my internet will stop working .

The internet kept on working .

And at the end I was given a hearty inetrnet bill of 1700 rs and around 1000 for the next month .

I tried contacting multiple customer care but that was of no use .

Most of them just gave false promise that I will get a call back which never happened .

Now again I have been charged extra of 40 rs for the vas servive .

Which I have not availed it .

I have been using vodaphone since past 6 years and this types of issues are forcing users to change the service provider .
