Dear team
as i am using idea mobile no 9814684466 from
more than 1 year and they gave me free amazon prime membership along with it and before 2-3 months applied for port request to go into airtel then they called me back that sir we can reduce your rent and also you are having free membership of amazon then i agreed and continued with idea now after 3 months they send me bill along with amazon prime charges and then i called customer care they said sorry now you have to pay this
this is not correct i want to get this charges waved so that i can continue with idea
