I am using your 8104040470 Number and my plan is 399 rs per month.

As per the plan,  I am getting unlimited local calls + 40 GB Data + 100 msg  + per message charge is 25 paisa and in guess incoming Free.

Please check my call record how many calls are done with this number.

I just send 1000 local SMS with this number and I got a response that you have to exceed your credit and bill was reached till 1460 rs, I don’t know how.

When I tried to reach with your customer care then they guys are unable to resolve the problem.

Then finally I paid 800 rs.

Now I again send 137 local SMS to check my number now again got the message that you have to reach your credit limit.

I again call customer service then they told me your unbilled amount 1250 rs.

Is that joke.

My Plan is 399 rs, I paid 800rs in a month.

Please solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise I have to move from your services.

And finally, my feedback for Vodaphone is CHOR Company.
