Dear team,
i have been communicating to airtel since 15 day about the wrong bill which they have sent.
they have applied one day internation pack on my no for 4 days each of 649 where as already an internation plan was activated by us on the same nno from 6th aug 2020 and was valid till 7 th sep 2020. in the middle on this month the one day pack was activavted automatically and now airtel people are not sending the proof when asked about the same and are saying that the charges are valid.
request you to kindly help in closing this
