I initiated a request to add my grandmother’s number to my account on 28th of August. I requested my number to be in the safe custody for one year on 21st of September. I almost gave a month to link those number but it was never taken care. This service was initiated from Vodafone-Idea store in Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Last month my grandmother received the bill and I called, even I paid the bill on my grandmother’s phone and asked VI to clear the things but never got any email about the same. This month the same issue happened again and I asked to link those numbers, no one at the company is ready to help me nor no one is giving proper answer to my questions. I’ve made the prepayment of 2000 rs so that I can have the number linked to the account the payment can be taken care. Call centre reps are not helping out and not giving proper information about the same.
