I am very disappointed with Airtel network, last 3 months i had facing these issues…no Internet properly also calling problem, hidden charges, I am not using my number properly but bill still standing and they’re mentioned the hidden charges again and again Last 2 months i was following problems with Airtel Customer care…but no one resolve my problems …yes received call from Airtel Customer support..but always ask .Ma’am when u clear the outstanding……& i was always said still my problem is not resolved when is resolved I will be pay next day….. this is really harassment.
I am using this number last 12 years, but last 1 year I’m facing these problems but I was thought might be some network issue sometimes.. but last 3 months I’m facing lot’s of problems.. also I was told to customer care I want not continue this number but they’re told me, this is not happen again and your problem will resolve as soon as possible but still I am facing the problem and my next month bill cycle Standing and I am not using my number, I was not calling my number but bill is still Standing and hidden charges also again mention not received any properly response from the customer care… kindly support & resolved my issue as soon as possible….otherwise I’m not paying bill..
