I had a broadband connection with Airtel India Ltd since October 2022. I had requested for disconnecting the service on July 1st 2023 through Airtel Thanks App, there was no action or response but had closed the ticket. I have subsequently raised 3 service requests in July which were not attended. Only after repeatedly escalating, Airtel had finally disconnect the service but has charged me from June 26th through July 26th which is an incorrect bill, they have to pro-rate it and charge only for last 4 days in June. Now, they are harassing with repeated calls, threatening to send recovery agents etc. Hence I want to take this matter to Consumer Forum
