This is to inform you that I am using your postpaid Data Card connection no. 7595059874 for the last 3 years.
It has been observed that till Bill period of 11-Oct-19 to 10-Dec-19 the monthly rental was 299/- but from there onwards it has been increased to 399/-.
In this regard I called your customer service desk and complained regarding the same, it was told to me that there was a discount of Rs. 100/- pm which has been expired.
I again told her that in the bill no discount was mentioned and ask her to reduce my rental to 299/- pm along with refund of excess rental of 100/- + GST for the last two months, else disconnect the number as I shall pot to another service provider
She took my complaint and asked me that one of your seniour executive shall give me a call to resolve this in 24 hrs time, but 4 days have been passed, I have not received any call.
Again I would like to mention that Pls reduce my rental to 299/- pm along with refund of excess rental of 100/- + GST for the last two months, else disconnect the number as I shall pot to another service provider
