At time of reinstalling the file executive person charged the amount 600 on cash from my mother and 875 through online from me, but now I got the charges in my current bill.
And regarding the same I have spoken with your customer care executive because with out cash payment they will not install my DTH connection. Because so many DTH installations request I have raised and they have closed the all request because of cash payment, then I agreed for cash payment in hand at the time of installation.
More over, I have paid my last month bill as well but till this current month bill I got charged Rupees 235.52/-
So I am requesting you please waive off the amount total 1510/- from my bill as soon as possible so I can pay my bill.
I have raised complaints so many time but the have closed my all complaints without any resolution.
