Text of Complaint by Vipul Pratap Singh:

1) Airtel Agent promised false details regarding connection and MNP mentioning no charges for multiple things including circle change MNP. Took nominal charge of Rs 50 as well for MNP.

2) Gave two connection one DTH and another Airtel Xtreme fiber without my consent (DTH box is idle with me – not using it) although i had raised request for Airtel xtreme box only.

3) Now i am getting charged in my billing for DTH also, although i did not order it. Also even though first month is free, i am being charged for airtel xtreme fiber box as well.

4) Airtel sales agent took my alternate number and registered as my primary number even though i specifically mentioned him to use only my primary number.

5) After calling more than 10 times and waiting for a month still my issue is not resolved have raised complaint as well by number 4532079079 which is not yet resolved and i am getting harassed by several calls for bill payment.

6) Without fault of mine my contact number is getting barred which will cause loss to my daily job.
