I have oneair bill plan. Monthly invoice raised is Rs.2375.5 and I have paid the same amount on 19-Apr-21. However thanksapp shows outstanding of Rs.1057 which is incorrect. I have made several complaints but it never gets resolved. All the guys say they will check and revert back. But no revert back, no resolution, overcharging continues. I am being harassed by Airtel. I would like to disconnect.
