I had bought the airtel one plan in June 2021, under which I was to get 3 postpaid numbers, broadband and airtel xstream box for 1999+ taxes. They gave the numbers and broadband immediately, but delayed the xstream box for over a month citing lack of boxes. I got the box finally on 15th July. But the bill I got was for Rs. 3889, which is double of what I was sold. I have been trying to get this corrected through calls and mails, but no one is responding.
