Hello sir,

I have ported the number 9582552981 on airtel approx 16th of March at U block,DLF phase 3 Gurgoan, Haryana Airtel store and store rep provided me a SIM card and told me that the number will be activated within 4 days… I have wait 4 days but number was not activated and the store was close as well so I was visit another city court gurgoan airtel store on 21 st of March..The airtel store rep informed that wrong SIM activated on my number by the u block store rep and they send me email for activate my sim card to get approval for my number and I have waited at store till 8:30 PM but number was not activated then store rep told me to come back again for new sim card after verification call…I have received the verification call on 23rd March but I was not able to get the new SIM from store as all the stores were closed due to COVID-19. Last week I have visit to store to collect the SIM card in my hometown but store rep told me to pay the 2 month dues bill. I have not used the services due to store rep fault and number was closed for 2.5 month then how can I pay the bill. j have contacted to the airtel customer for 2 month bill wavier but they denied.

Please help me the wavier of monthly bill as I am suffering from financial lack due to COVID-19.
