Due to high late payment charges even if bill paid on very next day of due date, I emailed to airtel to terminate my connection.
to remediate this issue and to retain customer they offered me discount of 500 inr around and offered me 6 months advanced rental plan in 2545INR.
After the settlement of discounts final payable amount they asked me to pay 2345 INR and ensured me my internet Service validity is 23/02/2019 to 23/08/2019.
Now, all of sudden they converted my plan to monthly and adjusted my payment and came up with new outstanding.
since I have all the evidences I raised my concern to Appellate but to my surprise they also ended up with simple answer that your issue is resolved and your outstanding amount is 1180 INR instead of answering my queries and show concern about my concerns.

It is clear that they are cheating with each individual customer, first they offer something to retain customer and later they take it back and charge more amounts.
Such a poor provider, however jio fiber has cane to my area I will be opting that soon for my whe apartment if this issue not resolved with highest priority.
