1. The total of the Invoice is wrong
2. Service showing into bill which did not use or subscribe
3. DTH bill is collected twice. One from monthly bill and second from DRH account balance
4. Airtel did not give 1st month free service as per offered. false commitment
5. Withing 30days I tried to cancel the connection but no one taling interest.
6. Customer care taking complaint and after a week marking as resolved without customer consent.
And customer thinking resolution will be on the way.
