Date Chronology of Events
12-Jan Port requested from Tamilnadu to Karnataka circle with One Airtel Plan 899/Month.  So Monthly charge should be 899 + Tax, it should be Rs. 1061.
-2 connections + DTH (HD and SD Channel pack worth  Rs.413).
-Not used the offer of Free HD box + Installation & Airtel Xstream Box at no extra cost, since i am already using and I was paid Rs.2000 + when I changed to HD to xstream box.

18-Jan 1st Number activated
19-Jan 2nd Number requested the Port. CAF Number:D306808888. This number was in prepaid with BSNL, so there is no outstanding amount.
24-Jan 2nd Number activated.
18-Feb 1st Bill Generated of Rs. 1151.32
-Called Customer care support and they confirmed that, the additional amount was due from previous service provider. I explained, previous one was with Prepaid and no due was there. Then, customer support executive accepted to revert the amount in next bill cycle.
18-Mar 2nd Bill Generated of Rs. 1376.17
-Called again the customer care support and escalated to the next level, the executive was helped the adjustments and asked me to pay the Rs. 953.17 and there was still some amount was pending for adjustment where the system was not allowing, she confirmed this will be adjusted in next bill cycle. She assured that to updated the case history.
18-Apr 3rd Bill Generated of Rs. 1722.52
-I am surprise that, instead of reducing the amount, it is added more amount.
-I was used to recharge my DTH every month Rs.330, there was no addition / removal of any channels and still using below of Rs.413.
