I had activated an international roaming package of Rs1499 on my mobile phone.
However i have been charged Rs.3451 .
I had a talk with the customer care executive. His contact details are (7302638406) and he told me that i had been charged an extra for my usage in indonesia, malaysia and qatar.
However my package covered all these countries.
I want a clearification on this.
