Sir, we had broad band connection and you have given special offer for my mobile number also and you changed my mobile from prepaid to postpaid without my knowledge, After few month broad band service not good in my area so we have disconnected and informed to your office, broad band disconnected but not changed my mobile to prepaid and continue to sending bill to mobile number. Kindly change my mobile to prepaid , and waive the bill amounts for non usage of broad band connection. Now my mobile number . 8939430856.
