We had ported 10 mobile numbers of our office from Idea to Airtel before 4-5 months. We were promised plan of 199/-. However our first bill was as per 299/- plan. When we approached Mr.Vrukshal Shah Relationship Manager at Airtel office in Thaltej, Ahmedabad, we were told that they have got approval for Rs.100/- discount on our plan and we should not worry and pay only as per 199/- plan. We made the payment accordingly. However, within next seven days we were flooded with calls from Airtel for non payment of bills and our outgoing facility was stopped. On complaining to Mr.Vrukshal he again assured us that he would restart the outgoing calls and clear the bill. In the next two months this process of restarting our outgoing calls went on for several times. Now we have got a intimation from Airtel for outstanding of Rs.10,389.41.
Till date we have not received a single invoice from Airtel on our registered email id. No concrete reply is made by Airtel representative till now. How are we supposed to pay for 299/- plan instead of 199/- plan offered by airtel. We strongly feel that there is some serious fraud going on at Airtel to lure customers from other service providers by giving false promises and cheating them.
