I had Airtel Xtreme broadband fibre connection no. 022100746448_mh, its prepaid connection, i used service till the date i paid advance and stopped using it well before 3 days of next billing advance cycle
But Airtel keep sending me the bills and penalty as well. Despite of contacting their nodal officer no use.
Need your help to fix these.
I am really fustrated, how can they send bills when no service used and on top of it, it has to be advance payment.
