The Chief Executive,

Airtel India Limited,

We are in receipt of your below invoice, my email today early morning,

Our office has been closed due to lock down period from 25.03.2020 till date,

As of today Lock down is till 03.05.2020

So we have not used your Broadband and Land Line from 25.03.2020 till date.

How do you charge your customer when he has not been able to use your services due to lock down implemented.

Hence arrange to take back your invoice.
