Dear Sir,
We have Installed the RF lines of Airtel at our premises on April – 2017, due to the extremely poor facility of Internet and many downtime we requested them and in personal meet with the officials of Airtel to revise the bill as we cant pay for the service which we have not use due to poor internet for which we have filled the complain. And in month of August-18 we requested them to close the RF line and install the Lease line of Airtel as they said we have good service of Lease ling , but they install the Lease line and continue to bill for the RF line also. Now they want us to pay for the RF line for billing done for 3 quarter and against it we have requested them to show the data usage details then we will pay. They said okay we will give the data but they till now after 3 months also they have not given the same and our lease line service is also closed by them.
