Text of Complaint by Sameer Sihota:

This is with reference to my airtel fixed line. I have been in touch with the customer care for last 3 months to resolve my billing cycle issue but till date no reply and response from the customer care even they assuring of a call back from there supervisor is being arranged.
It is misguiding and doing fraudulent activity by giving wrong and misguiding advt. in the TV channels.
I would request you to kindly help in resolving the issue at the earliest.
