Greetings for the day!
My name is Jatin Gupta, I am facing issue with my recent bill of Airtel black generated on 27 March 22. My Airtel bill is capturing the previous payment of only Rs. 588.64 net i.e. total payment of Rs.1,413.64 made on 8 March 22 less payment reversal of Rs. 825 on 25 March 22. However, I have not received any payment back into my account.
I received a call back from Mr Thiru S (9994497638) on 31 Mar 2022 and he asked me to share the transaction history screenshot to check whether I have received back Rs. 825 or not. I have sent the email at airtelpayment.support@airtel.com on the same day.
I humbly request you to either revise the bill or credit my airtel account by Rs, 825. So that I can make the payment of my recent bill on time.
