I did complaint many time for my billing issue but Airtel is not giving postive reply everytime. I am trying to solve my problem from 11 dayss i talked to many customer care persons like Naresh and Vivek all of them just raise complaint but i complaint isn’t resolved…..at the time of installing the broadband and Android setup box i paid ₹4000 and they said and promised that my black will be expire after 5 month…And after 5 month i got suddenly bill of ₹1381 but my bill should be ₹820-850.they added 500 something to my bill without unnecessarily….Your service towards your customer is very poor(worst)…. Do settle my bill issue…..i am not going to choice Airtel againnn….
