Dear Concern ,

i am struggling since oct 2020 but Vodafone is not providing permanent resolution on my complaint, need your strong intervention and resolution on this .

History :- On 23rd Apr 2020 i raised a request for plan change to REDX , in Jun month due to some reason i enquired about plan down gradation, that time Vodaphone executive intimate me that, “if you will change the plan now there will be penalty for same as the locking period of REDX plan is 6 months.”
So i agreed to remain with REDX plan up till 6 months , post that i will downgrade the plan.

on16th Oct 2020, i was chatting with Vodafone chat boat Option which is available on their VI App. in which i was continually asking for last date of 6 month completion but i didn`t got the date , hence i enquired about what all best plans available if i downgrade it, they suggested me 399 and 499 plan, and asked me to confirm whether to downgrade it or not, i denied and closed the conversation. same day i got confirmation that my plan got changed from REX to 399 , hence i called customer care and complained about it, they suggested to drop one mail about this complaint to “customercare @vodafoneidea.com” i did it, as it was happend without my confirmation ,so i am not liable to pay the penalty. on that mail i got confirmation from Vodaphone saying ,(all mails conversation are attached herewith for your ready reference , please check date wise) we wont charge any penalty for downgrade.

In the month of Nov 2020 , i got new bill with REX plan , again i raised complaint about the billing plan , that time they gave me reversal of 600/- (+/_) and requested to pay the remaning amount , that time also i infirmed customer care that still the downgraded plan is not reflecting in my App , please get it check at your end, i got response saying it will take time to reflect in the system but differently it will reflect on your app. i was not convinced about it , hence i asked them that i need mail confirmation from your end about my current plan. in my mail i have stated that , 399 plan is not reflecting in VI app , on top of that they have confirmed as my Current plan is 399/- .

Now again it happed in Dec and Jan months now this time i did not paid any bill as i was struggling for single issue since October 2020 and i am not getting satisfactory resolution. every time i called Vodafone customer care number to complain about plan issue and asked to stop that recording of non payment as it is pending from your end , why should i suffer due to your negligence, but every time i got response saying we have logged your complaint and you will get the resolution within 24 to 48 hrs until we will raised request to stop the recording message but every time they closed the calls post the recording message removal for 48 hrs but did not got any permanent resolution till date.

Since Jan 2021 1st week i was doing same thing a today it is 3rd time i had word with some senior guy and around 10th time i was explaining the same story to customer care executive. today one of Vodafone senior guy Mr. Krishna interacted with me saying you will get resolution but , he also asked me time for 24hrs to solve the issue as usual this time i denied and asked him that i was resolution now , as i was struggling since long time and now i can not wait further , he put me on hold for 10-15 min and came with resolution saying “we can not process for any reversal as there is no plan change in the system”, i said if there is no plan changed at your End than on what basis i got reversal in Nov 2020 bill , and post which i got mail confirmation from Vodafone that my current plan is 399/-
he was saying it was system issue.

I want justice on this as i am now fed up with Vodafone pathetic customer care support.
