Dear madam/sir,

With respect to the mention subject,am satheesh Kumar M C holding 3 CUG postpaid connections namely 1.9741555055
2.9945219215
3.9900326242
Problems :
1.Each time monthly billing plans gets changing without any consent.
2.No proper solutions or suggestions from customer care each time
3.weste of precious valuable time
Every time as I said earlier in my problem ours connection billing plans gets changing without the consent of we ask the same in customer care they will give very bad response they will tell us to change network or we don’t have previous plans that’s what we changed it.finally with lots of arguments they will make a change.this is not at all fair..
Even though am attached the mail to senior management contacts nobody bothers about this.almost more than 20 conversation am made but no use of.with all these this month also I got error bill till now corrected even after request..My question is what is nodal officer and senior management doing on this?
Kindly do any help anybody if possible ..
