I am PostPaid Customer of Airtel, In Jan and feb 2020 i called airtel for my plan change, usually my monthly bill comes around Rs450, they told me, we are havinf best paln fro your number itsRs250 per month in which 35GB data and all benefits will be given as your are getting in 450,
at that time is was having 6O GB data pending in my wallet, i told them i want this Rs250 Plan but transfer my 60GB in this plan for this data i have already paid my Bills and 1400 for two months, but told me its not possible ,its my data i have paid money to airtel for this 60GB.
i called customer care and told them to activate a service ,if my data exceeds limit then it should not go above free data provided by company, and no extra data charges should be levied in my bill.
in feb ending i called airtel and told to reduced my plan to cheaper one they told me sorry sir we dont have provision for degrading paln but we can upgrade ur your plan, in pandemic i dont know how extra data used was added in my bill, i tried to call customer care to address this issue but coudnt contact,
in april, i contacted one of their customer care and narrated him whole story and he ensured me and will check extra amount added in my bill but till date no one bother to adress my issues.
