This is such a shamefull situation from your side that this is not being consider from your side as i am going through such bad medical condition due to this reason i am unable to pay my bill and this is my situation where is am not provided any help from VI team.
After complaining for several months my issues was not resolved and still i paid my billing for such shit service of VI and now you are not ready to help when i need extension of bill date.
If you are not ready to help me in this situation than i need a compensesation for 2 years which i am being fooled by your company. I need that money back if i will not get that money back than defainately i will not pay the bill.
